Support of ENISA Threat Landscape development process

Back to all procurements

Negotiated procedure. Maximum budget 50.000,00.

ENISA would like to obtain support for the analysis and authoring process of its Threat Landscape. For this purpose, a tender describing all necessary support steps will be issued. Being fairly well structured, all steps covering the analysis, assessment and drafting processes are distinctly specified. Based on these steps, ENISA will seek for support in the analysis and drafting process. The contractor will be asked to support the information collection process. At the same time, it will be required to develop snapshots for the most important threats during the second half of the year.

In the 4th quarter, the contractor will enter the documentation phase. This phase will consist of bringing all cyber threat assessments into a common document base that will build the ENISA Threat Landscape document. It is expected that the level of interaction in the 4th quarter will be rather high. Analysis, assessment and certainly documentation skills in English will be the main capabilities that will be required by the potential contractors. For the sake of this project, an online tool for information collection and sharing of this information will need to be developed and maintained by the contractor.
