In accordance with the legislative framework that is in place, ENISA endeavours to conduct its work as openly as possible and to ensure that it carries out its activities with a high level of transparency.
In the interest of transparency, relevant external meetings of the members of ENISA's management team are made available to the public on the External Meeting Calendar.
ENISA also operates under transparency principles established by the Lisbon Treaty, ensuring that EU institutions and bodies remain accessible and responsive to citizens. In alignment with Article 255(1) of the EC Treaty and Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, citizens of the EU, as well as natural or legal persons residing or registered in a Member State, have the right to access ENISA’s documents.
