CSIRT landscape and IR capabilities in Europe 2020

As part of its effort to support EU Member States in their Incident Response (IR) development, ENISA would like to conduct a study that will focus on the complete current and future CSIRT landscape in Europe and on the distribution of the IR capabilities in Europe, both on the strategic and operational levels. The data provided by the study must be presented to ENISA and it will be used to: - Give an overview of the actual CSIRT landscape in Europe; - Give an overview of the IR capabilities and how they are spread in Europe, both on the strategic and operational levels; - Identify trending developments in the evolution of these capabilities in Europe towards 2022. All of this should help ENISA to identify and draw conclusions about the development of IR capabilities in Europe.
