ENISA is seeking support in two activities that will build the basis for the ENISA Awareness Raising and capacity building program of the years to come.
Interested candidates can declare their interest for just one or both of the Lots below:
LOT 1: 'Creative services and audio-visual production for ECSM 2021' - maximum budget €52.000
ENISA is currently planning and designing the 2021 European Cyber-security Month (ECSM) with the goal to create more impact than the previous years. For this reason specific attention will be given this year to the production of audio-visual material that communicate the messages of the selected campaign themes, to various target audiences.
The contracted services will include the following:
- Produce an integrated narrative around the themes of the campaign that will be spread in different audio-visual outputs, channels and formats with the intend of transmedia basis storytelling;
- Contribute to the development and execution of the communication, promotion and dissemination strategy of the campaign taking into account the ENISA communications strategy and in coordination with the ECSM team and campaign contractor;
- Design and produce the campaigns’ multimedia and innovative interactive tools for a variety of media outlets;
- Development of content and features that anticipates new trends in social media network use and identify most efficient channels of diffusion for maximum impact;
- Review the ECSM website and propose improvements in the information architecture, including mock-ups of recommended changes and proposed design;
- Identify synergies and co-branding possibilities in relation to these outputs;
- Manage paid online and offline media campaign around the produced outputs;
The successful contractor will be the one demonstrating experience in the above and the one providing the most innovative solutions leading to a wider outreach. The subcontracting of certain services is possible.
The project has a foreseen duration of a five months starting mid-June 2021 and ending November 2021.
LOT 2: 'Social media monitoring support for the ECSC and the ICSC' - maximum budget €40.000
ENISA has been at the forefront of building cybersecurity capacity in EU member states by organising various exercises and challenges for a wide variety of stakeholders. In particular, since 2015 ENISA has been coordinating the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC), in order to encourage young people to pursue a career in cybersecurity. Building on the success of the ECSC, ENISA, together with other regional and international organisations, decided to design and host for the first time the International Cyber Security Challenge (ICSC). The aim of the challenge is to attract young talent and raise awareness in the community globally on the education and skills needed in the area of cybersecurity. Teams will compete in a series of challenges in areas, such as, web application and system exploitation, cryptography, reverse engineering, hardware challenges, forensics and escape rooms. The ICSC brand is expected to be associated with the top cybersecurity talents of the world and we expect ICSC to become one of the key incubators of cybersecurity entrepreneurship and future top security experts in the world.
The ECSC final will be held in Prague between 28th of September and the 1st of October and the International competition will be held in Athens between 7th-11th December 2021, organised by ENISA.
ENISA is seeking a contractor that will provide social media monitoring and support for both (ECSC and ICSC) activities. The contract services include the following:
- Provision of media monitoring services including tracking of planned media campaigns
- Provide social media impact information for the ECSC/ICSC Public Affairs Teams and contractors
- Definition, development and monitoring of performance indicators
- Monthly summary and reporting. Development on trend graphs and visuals
- Analysis and collection for sentiment analysis
- Alerting/response service: Passive Social network monitoring
- 24/7 Daily alerting/response: Special monitoring services and analysis during the two main events (European and International final)
- Attend meetings in regular intervals with the ICSC and ECSC media strategy teams, providing information and expertise on how media campaigns for both events can be improved.
The successful contractor will be the one demonstrating experience in the above and the one providing the most innovative solutions leading to a wider outreach. The subcontracting of certain services is possible.
The project has a foreseen duration of 11 Months.
