How to setup up CSIRT and SOC

Back to all procurements

Negotiated Procedure - maximum budget €90.000,00

As part of its effort to support EU Member States in their Incident Response (IR) development, ENISA would like to create good practice guide and information repository (tool) for setting up and running a CSIRT [Computer Security Incident Response Team] and SOC [Security Operations Center].

This would be a continuation of ENISA efforts for assisting in Member States capacity building for different types of CSIRTs and SOCs. Result should serve as a practical guidance for establishing CSIRTs and SOCs and for CSIRTs and SOCs seeking ways to run and improve their operations according to the latest practices.

The information should be structured as a document describing guidelines as well as online interactive repository of information and good practices as well as providing links to other ENISA work especially in maturity and training areas.

All of this should help ENISA to further assist EU Member States in development of IR capacities and capabilities in Europe.
