Back to all procurements

Negotiated Procedure

Maximum budget: €50.000,00

This project aims to evaluate the impact of the European Cybersecurity Month (ECSM) awareness campaign through a research study, distributed across two phases, pre and post awareness campaign.  The contractor will be responsible for the design and implementation of the study that will measure features and behaviours before and following the ECSM campaign in October.

As part of this project, it will be necessary to partner with at least two organisations to provide user data cross-culturally across Europe, which will be recruited and co-ordinated by the winning contractor. It is expected that the winner of the contract provide ENISA with a full report which offers insight into the effectiveness of the campaign in terms of changing the knowledge, attitudes and behaviours (where possible) of users as well as better understand the most effective ways of facilitating behaviour change through campaigns.
