Sectoral CSIRT capabilities status and development

Back to all procurements

Negotiated Procedure - maximum budget €50.000,00

As part of its effort to support EU Member States in their Incident Response (IR) development, ENISA would like to conduct a study on Sectoral CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) capabilities status and development within EU Member States. Particular target of this study should be aviation and energy sectors as defined within NIS Directive.

This would be a continuation of ENISA efforts for assisting in Member States capacity building for different types of CSIRTs. Study should help ENISA to:

-  Give an overview of the IR development within sectors mentioned;

-  Identify current status of procedures and tools used by sectoral CSIRTs for IR;

-  Analyse CSIRT IR capabilities on different levels (e.g. technical, processes, personnel);

-  Identify existing gaps in IR activities within sectors defined by NIS Directive;

-  Provide recommendations for improving and enhancing IR capabilities.

All of this should help ENISA to further assist EU Member States in development of IR capacities and capabilities in Europe.
