Negotiated Procedure - maximum budget €55.000,00
As part of its efforts in supporting the development of Member States’ national incident response preparedness, ENISA offers a collection of technical training material aimed at improving the knowledge and capacities of EU MS’ CSIRT team’s staff. The result of this tender is intended to update specific training resources in order to include content that is in line with current technologies, methodologies and with a strong operational focus.
The required update of the training material will be expanding on last year’s project “Update of CSIRT training material in the area of Orchestration in CSIRT tooling”. The general topic of the training material would be the use of automation in order to decrease the gap in response time for incident response, to enrich and also correlate the data they receive from their assets and/or constituency with threat intelligence data and in general to move towards incident response orchestration.
The updated material will help to reinforce EU MS’ CSIRTs knowledge and capacities to manage cyber security events efficiently. This is in line with Output 3.1.1 of the ENISA 2020 Work Programme (Update and provide technical trainings for MS and EU bodies).
The intended target audience for the Updated CSIRT training material is primarily situated in CSIRTs that want to carry out trainings to maintain and/or enhance their effectiveness. The training material should be tailored for teams that are focused on polishing or improving their operational skills.
