Back to all procurements

Negotiated Procedure

Maximum budget: €58.000,00

The CSA refers to the area of market analysis: in Recitals (7), (42), and in Article 8, par. 7, it states that “ENISA shall perform and disseminate regular analyses of the main trends in the cybersecurity market on both the demand and supply sides, with a view to fostering the cybersecurity market in the Union”.

Accordingly, the ENISA Single Programming Document (SPD) 2022-2024[1], under Activity 7 “Supporting the European cybersecurity market and industry”, foresees Output 7.1 “Market analysis on the main trends in the cybersecurity market on both the demand side and the supply side”.

ENISA is seeking for support to further develop/update its existing framework used to analyse the cybersecurity market[2], called ENISA Cybersecurity Market Analysis Framework – ECSMAF. This effort will be based on the experience gained from already performed market analyses during 2021 and 2022.

 In light of this effort, ENISA is launching a dedicated project to update ECSMAF as a continuation of its 2021 work (see https://www.enisa.europa.eu/publications/enisa-cybersecurity-market-analysis-framework-ecsmaf).

The report produced as an outcome of this project will help:

  • Enhancing the content of the current ECSMAF version by adding important details towards higher applicability of the analysis method;
  • Updating the work done by introducing additional content from the performed analyses, and
  • Establishing interfaces to and from ongoing ENISA work, in related in particular with cybersecurity index and incidents/threats/risks
