ENISA is looking to recruit a Policy and programme coordination officer (TA/AST5 -AST6) 2(f), Inter-Agency Mobiity.

The place of employment for this vacancy is in Athens, Greece.

The Jobholder will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support the entire programming cycle of the agency’s single programming document (SPD), including development, implementation and follow up within ENISA.
  • Assist with internal policy on the programming process, also by collecting and editing contributions from different internal services.
  • Collect and edit contributions from different internal services for the Single Programming Document and other programming cycle exercises, for adoption by the Management Board.
  • Follow up the production and implementation of targets (such as key performance indicators, metrics) related to the programming cycle across all units and teams at ENISA.
  • Support ENISA management, units and teams in planning activities.
