ENISA Report - Request to ENISA 2019

The following actors are able to make requests to ENISA pursuant to the Cybersecurity Act:

  • The Member States of the EU (Arts. 6, 7, and 8);
  • The European Commission (Arts. 7 and 11);
  • The European Data Protection Board (Art. 5)
  • EU institutions/bodies (Arts. 5 and 7).
