After having focused on cooperation among key players in NIS on a national, Member State level in order to guarantee the resilience of national public communication infrastructure, this year’s workshop was focused on the role of national/governmental CERTs in national and cross-border exercises and on sharing information on good methodological and organisational practice for CERTs that are involved in running of exercises for CIIP in their Member State.
The workshop had three goals:
- Inform the Member States representatives about the plans and projects of the European Commission, ENISA and others in the field of national and cross-border exercises.
Support these activities by discussing them with the representatives from the Member States and retrieve valuable feedback.
Contribute to the first pan-European exercise organised by ENISA in 2010.
Selected speakers from ENISA, the European Commission, Member States, US, Malaysia representatives and others facilitated the discussions.
