Electronic public communication networks are a critical component of the life of millions of European citizen. These networks represent the fabric of the future information society and provide the means for the single digital market. For 2014 studies on security and resilience of communication networks focusing on Critical Information Infrastructure and Internet infrastructure, ENISA organized the annual validation workshop in Koln, Germany the 26th of September 2014.
